PLEASE NOTE:

We offer a free initial consultation by telephone for no charge.  This consultation is simply an introduction to discuss the basic issues and to determine if representation by this firm is possible.  We cannot provide specific legal advice regarding your case or offer legal opinions without adequate time to consider your situation, the particular facts and documentation if any.

In addition, legal representation cannot begin until an attorney-client relationship is established.  The intial consultation does not create a privilged relationship without written agreement on behalf of both parties because of potential conflicts or our inability to handle your matter because of time, cost, limitations, etc.

Either you or the attorney may choose not to go forward with representation after the intial consultation.  If you do choose us to represent you, a formal client interview will be scheduled to discuss and share specific information, fees and contractual arrangements.

Our fees are generally determined according to the type matter involved.  Most litigation or general legal representation is charged by the hour and usually requires a retainer to be paid up front.  The amount of the retainer will depend on an estimate of the fees and hours involved.

Collection matters are generally handled on a contingency basis with out-of-pocket expenses to be paid by the client.

Some matters can be handled on a flat fee basis, such as Chapter 7 bankruptcies, adoptions, name changes, and general contract matters.  Please feel free to discuss the type of payment arrangements you prefer when you speak with an attorney.

We accept Visa or Mastercard.
