We handle adoptions (foreign and domestic), divorces (uncontested and contested), modifications (child support, custody, parenting time, alimony, etc.), domestication of foreign decrees, contempt actions, paternity or legitimation actions, legal separations, name changes, and other general family law issues.
Our bankruptcy practice includes Chapters 7 and 13, individual and small businesses.
We have over 25 years experience in collections. Our proven techniques offer successful collection of past due accounts, NSF checks and judgments. We offer contingency based fees for collections with a full line of collection services including skip tracing, credit background checks, litigation, repossession, pre and post judgment collection and bankruptcy.
We also handle small claims litigation, Homeowner's Association and Condo Association disputes, contract disuptes, lawsuits in state and superior court. Our practice includes the preparation of wills, living wills, advance health care directives, power of attorney, and trusts. Ms. Brown is admitted to practice in Georgia courts as well as the federal court.
In addition, Ms. Brown is a certified mediator in both Civil and Domestic Mediation and has received specialized training in handling situations involving domestic violence. She is on the lists of approved mediators in several North Georgia counties and provides both private and court-mandated mediation services.
Our fees are reasonable, in most cases a fixed fee is available, we accept installment payments by agreement, accept MasterCard and Visa, and we offer a free telephone consultation.
